Registration is now open for the annual piano course taught by Roberto Prosseda and Alessandra Ammara, 2023-24.
The course includes 12 hours of lessons (divisible into 6 meetings of two hours, or 4 meetings of three hours). The cost is 1,500 euros.
Attendance fees must be paid in full before the start of the first class.
Each student can choose which of the two teachers to study with. It is also possible to split the lessons between the two teachers. All lessons can be video recorded and the student can review them on a private Youtube link. Lessons will take place on the Yamaha S6 piano, and a Conrad Graf fortepiano (No. 429) from 1820 will also be available to students.
HOW TO ENROLL
Piano students 15 years and older can apply by filling out the online form or by sending an e-mail to info@musicafelix.it by Sept. 15, 2023, including two Youtube links with video performances of the applicant and an updated biography. By September 20, 2023, candidates selected for the entrance exam will be contacted by the secretariat.
DATES AND ARRANGEMENTS
The entrance exam is set for October 1, 2023, starting at 10 a.m., at MUSICAFELIX. The repertoire for the entrance exam must include pieces for a total duration of at least 30 minutes, including at least one Sonata by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven or Schubert and an Etude by Chopin or Liszt. Applicants who pass the entrance exam will be able to complete the registration by paying the attendance fee.
